Program staff funded by the HRSA HAB HIV/AIDS Programs (RWHAP or Global), National Partners, Technical Assistance Providers, Subrecipients, and Community Members.

Experienced HIV clinical decision makers who wish to attend the CLINICAL CONFERENCE as well as the National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care & Treatment will need to complete the registration process for each conference.
Additional Details about the 2020 National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care & Treatment: August 11-14, 2020
The National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care & Treatment (NRWC) provides a comprehensive and timely overview of HIV care and treatment issues, best practices, and innovative models of care. Recipients and service providers with information on emerging program issues arising from treatment advances and challenges, new service delivery approaches and strategic efforts to address the changing needs of a demographically diverse HIV epidemic. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to receive programmatic, fiscal and administrative technical assistance to inform the management of their Ryan White HIVI AIDS Program (RWHAP) award.
Registration is open to RWHAP and Global recipient representatives, subrecipients, community members and stakeholders as determined by the Health Resources and Services Administration’s HIV/AIDS Bureau (HRSA HAB). HRSA HAB requires that program staff funded by the RWHAP attend the conference.
Therefore, HAB reserves the right to return a registration request in order to comply with the registration caps and attendance requirements, which were outlined in a letter sent to RWHAP grant recipients. All registrations are pending approval until reviewed by HAB staff. You will receive an update on your registration status within 10 business days.
Please contact your HAB project officer for specific details regarding the registration caps for each RWHAP Part.
Registration will close on July 10, 2020, or once a maximum of 3,800 participants have been registered and confirmed. Once the registration cap has been reached, a waitlist will be established.
Additional Details about the 2020 CLINICAL CONFERENCE just prior to the NRWC: August 9-11, 2020
The CLINICAL CONFERENCE features state-of-the-art updates on research, care, and treatment in the medical management of HIV infection for experienced HIV clinical decision makers. The CLINICAL CONFERENCE requires a separate registration process. Attendance is limited to 600 HIV physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) - funded clinics and programs. A limited number of spots are reserved for RNs and PharmDs who are the primary clinical decision makers in their RWHAP clinic or program.
The CLINICAL CONFERENCE is sponsored for Continuing Medical Education and organized by the International Antiviral Society–USA (IAS–USA) and is coordinated through the RWHAP AETC clinician training network. A mix of lectures, case-based interactive presentations, and small-group breakout sessions will be held during the three days of the CLINICAL CONFERENCE. It will conclude immediately before the opening general session of the NRWC. CLINICAL CONFERENCE attendees may attend the opening general session of the NRWC with their CLINICAL CONFERENCE name badges. If you plan to attend the NRWC beyond the opening general session, you will need to register for both conferences.

If you plan to attend the CLINICAL CONFERENCE and remain for all or part of the NRWC, you will need to register separately for each conference.
If you wish to attend both conferences, please use the links provided above to register for each conference separately.
PLEASE NOTE: If you plan to attend only the CLINICAL CONFERENCE, you do not need to register for the NRWC. If you do not register for the NRWC, you will be denied entry to NRWC programming with the exception of the opening general session.
