Conference Agenda

The 2026 National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care & Treatment will be a hybrid event and will offer participants the opportunity to interact and engage with the conference program both in-person and virtually. The Agenda-At-A-Glance will be made available in spring 2026.

Conference Tracks

The 2026 NRWC will feature six specific conference tracks, which align with the conference theme and the overarching focus of this biennial event. All abstracts must be relevant to one or more of the six conference tracks.

  • Data Utilization

This track will examine data integration, data analysis, and data utilization with a focus on how these activities enhance engagement/reengagement, service delivery, and public health care approaches to ending the HIV epidemic.

  • Improving Access, Engagement/Reengagement, and Health Outcomes

This track will highlight innovative models of care, system-level enhancements, and workforce development that led to engagement/reengagement in HIV care and improvements in HIV health outcomes and related co-morbidities.

  • Clinical Quality Management

This track will examine the fundamentals, best practices, and innovations for clinical quality management (CQM) programs to measure and improve HIV service delivery and health outcomes to end the HIV epidemic.

  • RWHAP Planning and Resource Allocation: Community Engagement and Collaborative Partnerships

This track will highlight best practices in community engagement and the development of collaborative partnerships that support comprehensive, integrated planning. It will emphasize strengthening HIV care and treatment systems in alignment with the Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. initiative.

  • RWHAP and EHE Fiscal and Grant Management

This track will focus on technical assistance training for RWHAP recipients and subrecipients on fiscal and grant management requirements and will highlight innovation and best practices.

  • Strategies to Identify and Reach People with HIV Who Are Undiagnosed or Out of Care

This track will explore innovative strategies and practical approaches to advance the goals of Ryan White Program 2030 by focusing on identifying and engaging people with HIV who are undiagnosed or out of care. Sessions will explore how recipients and subrecipients can implement focused interventions, strengthen community engagement, and leverage partnerships to address barriers to care and expand access to HIV care and treatment.
