In-Person Exhibit Information:
- Logo Upload: Email a high-resolution, vector file (EPA, JPEG, PNG) of your organization’s logo to exhibits@ryanwhiteconference.org by Monday, July 22.
- Required Forms: Sign and return the exhibitor guidelines form and exhibitor contact form by Tuesday, August 2.
Virtual Exhibit Information:
- Materials Upload: Submit materials for your virtual exhibit by Monday, July 22. You will be able to review and approve your virtual exhibit space in early August. All exhibitors are expected to have a presence on Chime, the virtual event platform.
The deadline to submit a request to exhibit was June 14, 2024.
In-Person Exhibit Features:
- Designated space in the exhibit hall.
- Ability to network in-person and share your organization’s message with nearly 3,500 conference attendees.
Virtual Exhibit Features:
- Featured on the conference virtual platform’s dedicated exhibit page.
- Upload your logo, organization description, and additional materials to the virtual conference platform.
The Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program provides a comprehensive system of HIV primary medical care, medication, and essential support services for low-income people with HIV to improve health outcomes and reduce HIV transmission.
