Exhibit at the Conference

The portal to submit a request to exhibit will open in early 2024.

The 2024 National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care & Treatment is pleased to offer both in-person and virtual exhibiting opportunities! The exhibit hall is the center point of the meeting where attendees will find state and federal agencies in the Federal Village, researchers, advocacy partners, foundations, national HIV/AIDS service organizations, and other groups involved in HIV care and treatment. The exhibit hall will be open throughout the 2024 NRWC (August 20, through August 23).

All requests to exhibit require HRSA HAB approval. The types of organizations that are encouraged to exhibit are the following: current technical assistance partners; federal and state agencies; public and private non-profits; foundations; and 340B participating pharmacies. All products and services displayed in the exhibit hall should be related to HIV care, treatment, and prevention.

The Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program provides a comprehensive system of HIV primary medical care, medication, and essential support services for low-income people with HIV to improve health outcomes and reduce HIV transmission.
