Submit your request to exhibit today!

Exhibitor submission requests for the hybrid 2024 National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care & Treatment (2024 NRWC) are now open! We are pleased to offer both in-person and virtual exhibit opportunities to researchers, advocacy partners, foundations, national HIV/AIDS service organizations, and other groups involved in HIV care and treatment. The exhibit hall will be centrally-located at the conference and will include the Federal Village, which specifically features exhibit booths for state and federal agencies. The exhibit hall will be open throughout the 2024 NRWC (August 20 – 23, 2024).

Organizations can submit a request to exhibit in-person and virtually, or only virtually. In-person only exhibits are not available.

The deadline to submit a request to exhibit is June 14, 2024.

In-Person Exhibit Features:

  • Designated space in the exhibit hall.
  • Ability to network in-person and share your organization’s message with nearly 3,500 conference attendees.

Virtual Exhibit Features:

  • Featured on the conference virtual platform’s dedicated exhibit page.
  • Upload your logo, organization description, and additional materials to the virtual conference platform.
  • Interact with in-person and virtual attendees via the platform’s networking hub.

The types of organizations that are encouraged to exhibit are the following: current technical assistance partners; federal and state agencies; public and private nonprofits; and foundations. All products and services displayed in the exhibit hall should be related to HIV care, treatment, and prevention. All requests to exhibit require HRSA HAB approval. Organizations that wish to exhibit at the 2024 NRWC will need to register and be approved through an online process. If your request to exhibit is approved, you will receive an exhibitor information packet with specific guidance on exhibit space and features.

Please note that all email addresses may only be used for one registration; if you already submitted a registration request to be a conference attendee, an error will occur if you use the same email to request to exhibit. Please use a different email address on your request to exhibit.

The Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program provides a comprehensive system of HIV primary medical care, medication, and essential support services for low-income people with HIV to improve health outcomes and reduce HIV transmission.
