Register for the 2026 National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care & Treatment
Registration is now open for the 2026 National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care & Treatment (2026 NRWC). The 2026 NRWC is a hybrid event with both virtual and in-person registration options. Plenary sessions, select breakout sessions, posters, exhibits, and networking opportunities are available to virtual attendees. Conference attendees typically include:
- Ryan White HIV AIDS Program and HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. (EHE) recipients and subrecipients
- Direct care providers
- Program/fiscal administrators
- Members of planning councils/planning bodies
- People with HIV
- Community members
- Federal staff
- Others involved in HIV care and treatment.
While virtual attendance is open to everyone, in-person attendance is limited to pre-approved participants. Please reach out to your HRSA HAB Project Officer if you have any questions about attendance or who from your recipient organization should attend in-person.
In-person attendees will receive information about booking a hotel room in their registration confirmation email. Please do not book a hotel room until you have received a confirmation email that your in-person registration has been approved. For technical assistance with the registration process, please contact registration@ryanwhiteconference.org. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to respond to your inquiry.
Registration for the 2026 NRWC is free. Virtual registration will be open through July 31, 2026. In-person registration will close on July 24, 2026, or once capacity limits have been reached.
