Exhibit at the Conference
The portal to submit a request to exhibit will open in early 2026.
The 2026 National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care & Treatment is pleased to offer both in-person and virtual exhibiting opportunities. The exhibit hall is the center point of the meeting where attendees will find federal agencies in the Federal Village and current HRSA-funded training and technical assistance organizations and recipients who are involved in HIV care and treatment. The exhibit hall will be open throughout the conference.
All requests to exhibit require HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau approval. Current technical assistance partners and federal agencies are the types of organizations encouraged to exhibit at the conference. All products and services displayed in the exhibit hall should be related to HIV care, treatment, and prevention.
