Presenter resources are organized below by session type. Each resource section includes additional instructions for Continuing Education (CE) sessions. Your session type is listed in your instructions email.

In-Person Session
If your session will be in-person and pre-recorded, please review the pre-recorded session resources.
- PowerPoint Template: All presenters are encouraged to use the 2024 NRWC PowerPoint template, unless their organization requires an alternative 508 compliant template (e.g., federal agencies). All presentation slides should be in widescreen format. If your session has been selected to provide Continuing Education, see below for an alternate template. For additional guidance on creating your presentation, please reference your instructions email.
- 508 Compliance: Your presentation file (PDF/ PowerPoint) should be Section 508 compliant. Please refer to the “creating a 508 presentation” document linked below. For additional information on creating accessible presentations, please visit section508.gov.
- Presentation Upload: All presentation slide decks (PowerPoint or PDF) must be submitted no later than June 28, 2024. Presentations must be uploaded into the session management system. One presenter from each session should log in to upload the compiled presentation slides for the entire session. If necessary, presenters can use the “I forgot my password” button on the login page to reset their password or set one up if they have not logged in previously. Hybrid Session

Please ensure all video file names begin with your Session ID and include the date and time of your session (e.g., 12365_Tues430p). Pre-Recorded Session
- Pre-Record Instructions: To guide you through the recording process, please reference the instructional packet. Please review the packet in its entirety before signing up for a recording timeslot. Only one representative per session should select a recording time slot. To schedule your recording time slot, please reference your instructional email.
- Zoom Backgrounds: Presenters are encouraged to use a 2024 NRWC Zoom background for their session recording. A white and navy blue Zoom background are provided below.

Poster Session

- Presentation and Video Upload: All poster slide decks (PowerPoint or PDF) must be submitted no later than June 28, 2024. Poster presenters are asked to submit a brief (no more than 5 minutes) video/audio to accompany their poster file. Audio or video files must be submitted as separate files in .mp3 (audio files) or mp4 (video files) formats at the same time as you submit your poster file.
Please ensure the poster and any audio/video file name begins with the poster ID#: 2005. If multiple uploads are necessary (e.g., audio, video, and poster), please ensure each is named to indicate this (e.g., 1357 Part 1 POSTER A Great Poster, 1357 Part 2 AUDIO A Great Poster)
